Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end event planning, including client consultations, venue setup, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Liaise with vendors, caterers, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including AV setup, decor, seating arrangements, and guest services.
  • Monitor event expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to innovate and enhance event experiences.
  • Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
