Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily school bus routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries, feedback, and operational complaints promptly.
- Liaise with drivers, school administrators, and parents to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and generate regular performance reports for management review.
- Monitor driver attendance and vehicle utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the transport division.
- Proactively address and troubleshoot any service disruptions or route deviations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic transport management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in the bus or passenger transport industry is highly advantageous.
