Responsibility
- Collaborate directly with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including vendor management, logistics, and compliance, to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
- Support the launch and scaling of new consumer businesses, from concept to execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or business development, preferably in a startup or investment environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and implementing scalable processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with consumer businesses, market research, and strategic planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
