Responsibility
- Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee enrolment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Monitor and manage funding applications and allocations, maintaining meticulous records and reporting.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to streamline cross-departmental workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present policy governance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Train and guide staff on new policies, procedures, and compliance protocols to ensure organization-wide adherence.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, proposing proactive adjustments to internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, compliance, policy development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to draft, interpret, and enforce policies in a corporate or regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Experience with funding management, grant applications, or financial compliance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, or policy management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
