Responsibility
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily administrative and operational functions of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and optimize budget allocations, expense tracking, and financial reporting for operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to enhance resident safety, care quality, and facility operations.
- Liaise with medical professionals, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in facility management.
- Support emergency preparedness planning and crisis management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, nursing home management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, elderly care standards, and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, healthcare management software, and financial tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
