Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with daily clinic operations, including patient check-ins and record management.
- Prepare and organize medical equipment, examination rooms, and supplies to ensure readiness for patient consultations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and processing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on clinic procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming clinic environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure) under supervision.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely patient care.
- Support inventory management by tracking and restocking medical supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in healthcare assistance or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, patient management systems).
