Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care and support in a hybrid (remote and on-site) healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, assessments, and follow-ups as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to company policies, healthcare standards, and ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.
- Utilize digital health tools and platforms to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Medical Allied Health field (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiology, etc.).
- Valid professional license or certification in your area of specialization (required for practice).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical or healthcare experience in a relevant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using digital health tools, electronic medical records (EMR), and telemedicine platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.
