Responsibility
- Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions with accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage and monitor inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including controlled substances, to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain up-to-date records of dispensed medications, patient histories, and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapy plans and resolve medication-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to local and international pharmacy regulations, including storage and handling protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on medications to guarantee efficacy and safety before distribution.
- Educate staff and patients on best practices in pharmaceutical care and public health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice in Indonesia (or eligible for local registration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
