Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize cost control without compromising quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all hotel facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain aesthetic and functional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
