Responsibility
- Oversee daily residential maintenance operations to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property upkeep and emergency response.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with property managers and guests to address maintenance requests and resolve escalations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of supplies/equipment.
- Lead initiatives to improve sustainability and energy efficiency in property operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, facility maintenance, or property management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and control costs effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and basic project management tools.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in property management.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
