Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian trade laws and logistics infrastructure is a plus.
