Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage and maintain attractive fruit and product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and ensure freshness and quality standards are met.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with company and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or operations, preferably in a fresh market or grocery setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
