Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics coordination, including delivery scheduling, route optimization, and third-party vendor management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment by managing picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance efficiency in warehouse and delivery operations.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, order accuracy) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Uphold food safety and quality standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in F&B or e-commerce.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery platforms and e-commerce ecosystems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to process improvement and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 5-day work week schedule.
