Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic travel product roadmaps to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
- Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure availability of high-demand travel products.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Present regular reports and insights to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel product management, supplier relations, or a related role within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful travel products and negotiating supplier contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience working with travel technology platforms, GDS systems, or CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of global tourism trends.
