Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly to prevent over-service.
- Create and innovate seasonal or signature cocktails to enhance the menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately, including opening/closing bar procedures.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in fine dining, luxury hotels, or upscale bars.
- Proven knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
