Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment and workstations.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage inventory as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in product knowledge sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
