Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Develop and curate a creative beverage program, including signature cocktails, wine selections, and seasonal specials.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure high-performance standards and exceptional guest interactions.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain cost control to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize and execute promotional events, tastings, and themed nights to boost revenue and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
