Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple education centres in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance, to support the needs of staff and students.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage centre budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure necessary resources and maintain high standards of service.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding, staff training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, students, and parents to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with operational software or ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Experience living or working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable.
