Responsibility
- Process and manage inbound sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving delays.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to orders, deliveries, or inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in order processing, inventory control, or delivery coordination.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
