Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in logistics and supply chain industries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
