Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve KPIs and productivity targets.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervision or leadership role in any manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali’s industrial zones.
