Responsibility
- Operate reach trucks and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and staging of inventory for distribution.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper load balancing and pedestrian awareness.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with warehouse standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and local regulations for warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift/Reach Truck Operator (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic literacy in English or Bahasa Indonesia for work instructions and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
