Responsibility
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring real-time updates and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Compare and verify identifying information on bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Assist in the training and supervision of warehouse staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
