Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze demand forecasts to align supply chain operations with business needs.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify opportunities to reduce excess stock or shortages.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to balance supply and demand.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to input and retrieve supply chain data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required (training provided).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities in a global business setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
