Responsibility
- Assist in sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and welding metal sheets.
- Operate CNC machinery and other fabrication equipment under supervision.
- Perform fitting and assembly tasks to ensure product quality and precision.
- Prepare and paint metal components as required for final assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and metalworking tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Certification in welding or fabrication is a plus.
