Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of hospitality services, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implementing improvements for efficiency and cost control.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the development and execution of promotional events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
