Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily café and roastery operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff on coffee brewing techniques, customer engagement, and hygiene standards.
- Create and update seasonal menus, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer retention.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, labor costs, and expense management, to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through social media, events, and local partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager, Café Manager, or Assistant Manager in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and café operations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Passion for coffee culture, sustainability, and team development.
- Familiarity with local supplier networks in Bali is a bonus.
