Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations across assigned hotel properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of hospitality staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all properties.
- Oversee inventory management, including supplies and equipment, to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to uphold the hotel’s reputation.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational efficiency in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff.
- Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping is a plus.
