Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes and drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table settings, glassware, and utensils.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and ensure accurate billing.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hotels, restaurants, or resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
