Responsibility
- Lead and manage the F&B team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage service, presentation, and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and promotional offers.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Drive sales through upselling, marketing initiatives, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
