Responsibility
- Manage and process export/import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Oversee the full spectrum of sales and purchase contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade laws.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses, resolving delays or discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain organized records of trade transactions, inventory, and regulatory filings for audit purposes.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and submit trade compliance reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export/import operations, logistics, or trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and trade management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
