Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily hub operations, including sorting, dispatching, and tracking of packages for first-mile and last-mile deliveries.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Liaise with delivery partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and optimize delivery routes.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, turnaround times, and hub productivity.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate records.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to hub staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or express delivery.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
- Familiarity with local regulations and logistics practices in Bali is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
