Jui Shin Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our operations in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management to drive efficiency and timely delivery across our supply chain.
As a Logistics Manager, you will lead a team to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Your strategic planning and operational expertise will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
Based in one of Bali’s prime locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business goals. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of IDR 15M–25M/month, commensurate with experience.

Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align logistics activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, transportation costs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies, for all logistics activities.
- Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Leverage technology (e.g., WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in warehousing, distribution, or inventory control.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
