Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate and oversee delivery orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to clients and partners.
- Supervise daily operational tasks, including task assignment, progress tracking, and deadline adherence.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold operational standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
