Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor and track operational expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or budget tracking is a plus.
