Responsibility
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure efficient communication.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the team in organizing events, travel arrangements, and logistics as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) is a plus.
