Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory logs, work orders, and quality control documentation.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute reports on production metrics, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to production activities.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Support the procurement of materials and supplies by tracking inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production administration, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management is a plus.
