Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct root-cause analysis for failures, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and improve operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) for manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technology adoption.
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics, consumer goods, or industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control systems (QMS), and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, or Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
