Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial plants and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of E&I systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement engineering solutions, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and reports for compliance and operational purposes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices in all engineering activities.
- Provide technical support and training to operational teams and junior engineers.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in industrial or plant maintenance settings.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, control systems, and instrumentation calibration.
- Experience with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC, NEC) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
