Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.
- Organize and deliver SHE training programs for employees to foster a culture of safety awareness.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and resource conservation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE best practices into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of SHE activities, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging SHE trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum D3 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or Public Health.
- Proven experience in SHE roles within manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and engage employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SHE management software.
- Certification in SHE (e.g., AK3 Umum, NEBOSH) is a plus.
