Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Operations Department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance monitoring.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and streamline service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring, training, and developing operational teams.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvements and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in operational software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and labor laws (preferred).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
