Responsibility
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of construction assets, fleet vehicles, and equipment using digital tracking systems.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs for all fleet vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor asset utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle to optimize resource allocation and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards for all assets and fleet operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records, including asset logs, maintenance histories, and compliance documentation.
- Generate and present reports on asset performance, fleet efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities to management.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate procurement, disposals, and transfers of assets.
- Implement and improve asset management processes to enhance accuracy, transparency, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in asset management, fleet coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably in construction or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in asset tracking software, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for fleet and asset management in Indonesia.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
