Responsibility
- Manage and optimize crating schedules to meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Process and track customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor operational workflows and identify efficiency improvements to enhance productivity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on operational performance, orders, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal English).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in supply chain or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
