Responsibility
- Lead and optimize CNC machining operations, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Special Process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support business growth and scalability in the aerospace sector.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety within the manufacturing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within aerospace or precision machining industries.
- Proven expertise in CNC machining, Lean Manufacturing, and Special Process improvements (e.g., heat treatment, surface finishing).
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
