Responsibility

  • Lead and optimize CNC machining operations, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Special Process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support business growth and scalability in the aerospace sector.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications
