Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and consistency.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, transport, or logistics processes is highly desirable.
