Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations in manufacturing and logistics to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities using relevant software and tools.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the operational facilities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
- Handle any operational issues or emergencies promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
