Responsibility
- Manage daily cashiering operations, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to clients and internal departments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies and shortages.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on cash flow, dispatch schedules, and inventory status to management.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to streamline plant operations and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all operational tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, and data entry, to maintain organized records.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashiering, inventory management, or dispatch coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
