Responsibility
- Develop and refine 3D CAD models for electronics and mechatronics components.
- Lead the prototyping phase, ensuring designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to transition prototypes into mass production.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new engineering projects.
- Optimize mechanical systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
- Strong background in electronics and mechatronics product development.
- Experience in prototyping, testing, and mass production processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
