Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the water supply network, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead a team of technicians and field staff to monitor, maintain, and optimize water distribution systems, pumps, and reservoirs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce water loss, and enhance service reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of infrastructure to identify risks, inefficiencies, or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to plan and execute upgrades or expansions to the water network.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for operational activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, incident responses, and improvement initiatives for senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and public satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water supply operations, utility management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in managing water distribution systems, including pumps, pipelines, and treatment processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., WHO, local Indonesian water quality guidelines) and best practices in water management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SCADA, GIS) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and planning.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment.
- Certifications in water safety, project management (PMP), or LEAN/Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
