As a key player in our operations, you will oversee critical functions such as vendor negotiations, invoicing, order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting. Responsibility
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality partnerships.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in documentation.
- Oversee invoicing procedures, including verification, approval, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, procurement, logistics) to streamline processes.
- Handle night-shift operations, including urgent requests and time-sensitive tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO, logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts (flexibility required).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus.
